>The National Federation of the Blind distributes many different magazines, newspapers, newsletters, speeches, reports, books, and other pieces of literature to inform the public (blind and sighted) about the true nature of blindness and about issues of interest to the blind.
The Student Slate is the newsletter of the National Association of Blind Students, (NABS.) It is written by blind students for blind students of all ages and is packed with information to assist readers with issues related to their current course of study and to help them plan for future career successes. It contains articles about what it takes to be a successful blind student and how to plan, organize,and undertake one's chosen course of study.

The Voice of the Nation's Blind is an online forum to inform members and others about current issues being addressed by the National Federation of the Blind and what can be done to help.

This quarterly newspaper (published by the Diabetes Action Network) offers information and inspiration for diabetics, health professionals, and all those touched by the condition.
